The Wexner Center for the Arts is offering special opportunities to see work-in-progress run-throughs of dance artist Faye Driscoll’s new work Thank You For Coming: Play. These chances to see previews of how the second installment of her Thank You For Coming trilogy is taking shape will give students insight into her creative process as well as allow Faye and the dancers to share your feedback for their process. Sign-up is required to secure a free ticket. Visit 316 Sullivant Hall to sign-up.

If you cannot attend the rehearsals, but plan to see the performance, buy your tickets soon. Student tickets are $10.

Ann Cooper Albright

A dancer and a scholar, Ann Cooper Albright is Professor and Chair of the Department of Dance at Oberlin College. Combining her interests in dancing and cultural theory, she is involved in teaching a variety of courses that seek to engage students in both practices and theories of the body. Ann is excited to meet with current grad students to discuss her work and research interests.

Disability. Dance. Artistry. with Dance/NYC
Deadline: October 25
Dance/NYC invites self-identified integrated dance makers to submit proposals for grants ($15,000 to $30,000) to support production costs for integrated performances in the New York City metropolitan area from January 2017 through March 2018. Information
